Dr. Debra A. Koloms

Dr. Debra Koloms completed her ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Loyola/Hines University where she had the honor of being a representative to the Chicago Medical Society. She has provided missionary work as a volunteer of F.O.C.U.S. in Nigeria. Dr. Koloms has vast experience in the medical and surgical treatment of all eye disorders. Her surgical experience includes a large number of cataract extractions, corneal transplants, strabismus, glaucoma, refractive, and LASIK procedures.
Dr. Koloms is Board Certified in Ophthalmology. She is a member of several professional organizations such as The American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, Medical Society of Jefferson County, and the Medical Society of the State of New York. Dr. Koloms is on staff at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville, Carthage Area Hospital, Carthage, Claxton Hepburn Hospital, Ogdensburg, NY and E.J. Noble Hospital in Gouverneur.
